“We absolutely love this place. We started coming here a few months ago just to get our dogs' nails trimmed. We have three, small medium & large. She was very gentle! Sits on the floor with our large dog, and putting our small & medium dogs in a hanging vest that really relaxes the dog, and makes the nail trim easy! Today, we took our large sheepdog in for a premium wash. She turned out great! She was bright & clean and brushed out. I almost didn't recognize her! The best experience we have had and reasonably priced too!“

Her home is warm and inviting and you can instantly see her passion and love for parrots! She surprised us with preparing chop to my parrotlet!! Ripley came back to us as we left her. His attitude towards the vet has never been the same. I called the vet up and asked him how much for a nail trim. They told me $149. outrageous. so we started looking for a groomer and found Marlyna's. They were absolutely wonderful. They trimmed his nails in about five minutes without so much as even a little cry out of the guy. He was happy go lucky walking out the door. Incredibly reasonably priced. “We love this place. Our cats were immediately exploring their new surroundings. And yes, we will absolutely bring our kitties back whenever we're in Portland. Truly the best, and Anya is lovely, accommodating, knowledgeable, and a cat person at heart. We don't live in Portland, so we're a bit sad that we can't use this spot as our regular kitty hotel. We have had our cats in a variety of spots, but none match the Meowhaus experience.“

“I've been bringing my dogs to Pampered Paws for several years now. My Lhasa Also passed & I recently adopted a small poodle mix who is nearly blind. The groomers do a great job with her & they are easy to get an appointment with. They also clip my Chihuahua's nails for no charge (I think). I recommend them:))“

“I recently received a coupon in a mailer for 40% off my first purchase in store with a rewards account (which I signed up for while in store at the register). Found almost everything I was looking for, ie; Dog Treats, Iams Dog Food, Sheba Cat Food, and a decent price on a large bag of "generic" (Pet Store Brand/Recommended Alternative to the "Name Brand") Cat Food, and even a fun mix-up "Trick Or Treat" bag for the pups at home ?
The only thing that I was unable to purchase here was a couple of decent sized bags of unsalted peanuts for our squirrel feeders in the backyard (which Bi-Mart always seems to have on hand for a decent price (*Also EBT eligible*) )

Prices seemed a bit steep overall, but if you hunt for the good sales and markdowns you can definitely find some fair pricing (Which was even better after the 40% off coupon!)

“Absolutely amazing people. My older dog has become more of a homebody as she ages. During her last stay, she had a really rough time and needed a lot of special care. I couldn’t get an earlier flight home to get her, so they did the best they could to make her feel loved. They kept me updated, kept her close at the reception/office, and tried to find ways to get her to eat and exercise. Our other dog is only 3 and is a doodle with tons of spare energy and very little impulse control when she’s excited. She always gets excited when we pull into the parking lot… she loves the staff and tries to jump over the dog gate to get into the facility when we drop her off. They take her energy in stride and she’s always happy when we pick her up.Best place we have found to keep our dogs. I trust them to do what’s best for the dogs and to keep the hoomans updated throughout the stay.“
