Luis is responsive, relatable, works hard, and communicates well. I felt well informed, and in the loop through our whole transaction. Had the unfortunate experience of difficulties with our purchase (no fault to Luis), and he advocated for us until we were closed! Stellar to work with all around
Louis was very helpful and got our house sold . There was no "drop the price" or "the market says" as we heard from other realtors . We are on our way to new beginnings ! Highly recommend Louis and the people he works with .
We were very satisfied with Luis's handling of our home sale. Even with a very tough market with high interest rates he attracted a number of interested parties. He cautioned us on a prospective buyer who wanted a lower sale price and a number of pre-sale changes to the property. He dealt with the eventual buyer efficiently and kept us fully informed as the home sale process progressed.
