They have poor planning of time. We rented 3 large tents, when they gave us a time of 1:00pm to arrive for set up, we were told 2 - 2 1/2 hours to set up. They didn’t arrive until 3:00 pm and had to return back to the shop/office twice because they did not have all the parts. It ended up taking well over 4 hours. Paul chose to make excuses rather than apologize for the tardy ness. At 1:20 when we called to see where they were, we were told 30-40 mins away. Then at 2:50 When we called again, he said 10 min away. Never did he communicate them being late, he was perfectly fine with us just sitting around waiting. It was a large wedding and after they were done we ended up having to work until 10:00 pm to get everything set up. Humbleness and an apology would have went along way. But instead I got “ we are just a little late” I don’t call 2 hours late “a little late” in my book.
Highly recommend them! They were so easy to work with, wonderfully priced and very flexible when last minute changes came up! Will definitely call on them for our next events!!
We were so impressed with their short notice availability, communication & pricing! Photo booth was a blast and the pictures were great quality! Wanted to give a shout out to these guys who went above and beyond for us!
