“I want to preface this post by saying we have not had our final appointment yet. If there is no update then that experience was consistent with the empathic and caring experience we've had thus-far. Our sweet girl was diagnosed with bone cancer. The vet has incredible bed side manners and has been more than accommodating to our questions/concerns as we grieve this loss. He and his staff met me on a personal level, sharing their own stories and empowering me during the hardest decision I've ever had to make. I cannot thank them enough for being a listening ear on my hardest days. I have probably spoken to everyone in the office and they never treated me as though I was too much work. Our experience in the office was nothing short of all the loves and rubs Our family will never forget your generosity. We will be bringing our other girls here in the future. Thank you so much.“
