“I have been following Wendy around for 30 years. The drive to Creswell is worth it to me to have her cut my hair. She listens to the details when I want something specific and when I am not looking for a specific style, she gives good advice and suggestions as to what might work for me at the time. I trust her and appreciate her demeanor. Her prices are excellent. She has always been flexible and accommodating when scheduling. I love pedicures but typically don't schedule them because my feet generally dry out soon afterwards, however, I wanted to try one at the salon as Steph's style is a little different Whatever she uses in the water doesn't dry my feet. She does a great job and my feet feel awesome!“

“Simply said, Elke is an amazing artist! While my daughter is a longtime customer of hers, I’ve never been to see her myself. That being said, I look forward to “Nail Appointment Day” as much as my girl does. She faithfully sends me pictures after each appointment, and each time, Elke out does herself. “Stopped by for a manicure and was surprised with the most wonderful experience. First of all- her space is so cute! She hand painted her wall!! She offered the most delicious beverages and was so happy to be there.Naomi is very welcoming. It was such a relief that she didn’t mind my 5 year old. He chilled out in her comfy chair and she even let him watch her while she talked him through her process. She offers a variety of scent options, I chose milk and honey.I appreciated how sanitary the whole process was. If you want to relax and treat yourself to being pampered, Naomi is your girl. “Hannah is wonderful. She does the most amazing nail designs. She is very talented. I bring her a pictures of what I'd like to do with my nails, and she perfects it every time! I am a little picky but she doesn't hasitate to make it the way I like. I rarely have any chips or cracks if any at all and my nails last me about 3 weeks. She charges a reasonable flat rate and offers you a stamp card that allows you to get a half off fill when you make it to ten. She is also very prompt to respond on schedule a day and time. I am happy to know her. Worth the extra tip every time! Amazing nails!“

“Have come here twice now to get my nails done by Emily and she is incredible! First time I did the maroon with gold glitter. Second time was the white with silver/ white glitter. I gave her my ideas and she knocked it out of the park! Next time I showed an inspo pic and she went to work on the design! Overall my nails are probably pretty "easy" and not much detail, but they are beautiful and exactly what I want! Her Instagram is packed full of incredible detailed designs. She has tons of colors to pick from. She's so professional, timely, and kind. I love the small salon it's not crowded or overwhelming. Tastefully decorated and clean! The other tech is so kind as well. Appointment only I believe and there's 3 techs that work here. I will be a regular customer/ client for sure and want to bring my mom and friends for pedicures next. Thanks Emily for a great manicure. Not to mention the hard gel (not sure the official name) is absolutely the best manicure product I've ever tried. Normal gel is fun, but doesn't last long, dip always cracked for me and acrylics are just not sturdy and clean. I love these because they are so strong, they don't crack, break, or peel. They grow out so strong and stay on your mail so well. Also the consistency is unbeatable. The glitter is so pigmented and consistent that it looks amazing!! Cannot beat this style of manicure. If you've never had this type done you need to try it. It is the best.“

“The remodel is amazing looks so beautiful it's just a little confusing keeping track of who is next but this little gem is definitely worth the wait. They do beautiful work. I got gel acrylics by Lisa and they lasted a long time. Most often in my line of work breaking a nail happens quite often but the set I got done here at Watefall was very durable. Will definitely be coming back“

“Every time I have been in here, I am treated like royalty. OK, that may be a slight exaggeration. But they are amazing, kind, and dedicated employees. I've never left here unhappy. In my most recent visit, I got almond shaped dipped nails with an ombre color effect. They used a nail polish spray gun that I didn't even know existed and didn't charge me extra for it.
The gal who did my nails didn't have much to go off of in a way of what I was looking for, yet exceeded my expectations.
Previous visit I was in for a pedicure. The gentleman who (bless his heart) fervently scrubbed my doomsday looking soles was exactly that, a gentleman. He didn't once make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. He was very kind and put forth a lot of effort. By the end, my feet were as soft as my 3 yr Olds and he did a great job with the polish, too.
I think their priced are very fair and they give 100% every time. Will be returning here from now on.“

Not really a nail kind of person, but I had the opportunity to take my elder friend who has dementia, to get mani and pedi. The two ladies in yellow were very kind, very thoughtful, and made my friend feel comfortable. Their work were awesome! Took the time to pamper us today. Very nice atmosphere and very clean! It doesn't smell strong like a nail salon. Definitely my go to place if I ever get my nails done again! Prices are good for what they do!“
