When I dropped it off some of the issues were: it regularly shut down without any warning while I was working, the camera had started glitching so badly that I had to turn it off during Zoom calls and there were a number of other things going on. All of the issues have been fixed. Additionally, my headphone jack wasn't working anymore and they provided me with options to either fix it at an additional cost or choose an inexpensive work-around for which they even sent me links.
