We recently worked with W.L. Construction Inc.on a major outdoor renovation project, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the owner, Lars, was wonderful to work with—always available, responsive, and respectful. His professionalism set the tone, and his entire crew mirrored those same values. Great family owned company with attention to detail and quality workmanship. Design and build crew was easy to work with. They were super helpful as well when there was unexpected storm damage. Great team to work with.
I started out having WL Construction repurpose a room by adding a sitting area, walk in closet, bed area and renovating the bathroom. It didn’t stop there! A year later began a lengthy amount of work. A bathroom and closet were added to a bedroom, renewed the kitchen bathroom, took down a wall in the kitchen and made the dining room into an extended kitchen with island. All this required modernizing the plumbing and electrical, and adding insulation to a nearly 100-year-old home. The arbor roof was replaced and a roof on outdoor room. Currently they are replacing all the doors and windows, adding ceiling lights and insulation to my rental.
