Grateful that Sue Long was willing to take me on with a time-sensitive 1031 Exchange. And so glad she assigned Kristi Wirz to be my agent! Kristi was not just friendly and responsive to all my questions and concerns, but she got information to me before I even knew I needed it. She took the lead on identifying properties for me to look at and was frank in sharing her insights about them. She also helped me expedite critical inspections for the first property I made an offer an. Thanks to her advocacy, and her ability to communicate/coordinate with inspectors, I realized in a timely way that the property was unfit for purchase and was able to withdraw my offer without incurring any loss. Then she moved even more quickly to help me identify a second property that was a perfect fit! As we came to the close of our contingency period, she spared no attention to detail in counseling me on whether or not to negotiate further. This was at a time when it would have been much easier for her to simply let the sale close with everything "as is." She was always available as a sounding board when I needed help processing information. It was a pleasure to have Kristi as a companion during what could have been a very stressful time.
