The heat and a/c in my commercial building love to quit at the worst times. Stephens have come through more than once on short notice to get me up and running. Appreciate them so much and highly recommend!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I couldn't find anybody local to me to help us get our heat working again and with the cooler weather coming I was panic calling everywhere, even places an hour from me. Jay came out to our home, an hour away from their shop, and was beyond professional, friendly, efficient and knew what he was doing. He got our heat back on, explained to me in a way that I could understand what had been wrong, and was great the whole time! Just got a home in Albany and the heat was working but not the a.c. and with the heatwave we had them come out because they had a sticker with phone etc on the a.c. unit inside and he showed up and within 20 min. We had cold air again.thermostat wired wrong.what a nice guy with quick prof service. You won't be sorry if you call this company 5 Star service so ThankyouService: Thermostat repair
