I had an amazing experience at Raw Hair Society! Scheduling was a breeze, and the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Candice, my hairstylist, was not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also personable, making the whole appointment thoroughly enjoyable. The salon itself has a calm yet vibrant energy that really puts you at ease. I felt safe there, which is weird, because as a 200 lb. guy who's built like a T-rex (big head, big caboose, short arms) and with resting homicidal maniac face, I didn't think I needed to feel safe. This place is my new favorite! Great customer service, the vibe is an outstanding treat, and Heather is absolutely wonderful! What a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to TREAT your self in! My hair dresser of 10+ years moved and I was so worried about finding another great stylist...Heather did not disappoint! Thank you Raw Hair Society!
I reached out to Raw Hair Society after a different salon in town missed the mark of what I wanted (twice). After a not great experience elsewhere, I was met with compassion and excellent customer service here. My hair color was a bit of a mess and I was really not feeling myself in the interim between the mess up at the other salon and the fix @ Raw. However, I had such a positive experience here with Megan. She definitely understood what I was looking for and went above and beyond to fit me into her schedule and did a beautiful job with the color correction.
