I've been renting with pinion property management for quite a few years. I've always had good experiences with them they're always friendly and respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend pinion property management.

Pinion Property Management acquired our 8-plex complex in Philomath two months ago and I am so relieved that important issues, like enforcing regulations in our renter's contract, are finally being addressed! The office staff represent the integrity of their company by demonstrating genuine appreciation for their renters in a way other property management companies should do, but sadly don't. For that reason, Pinion has gained my appreciation, as a renter, as well. Kay S.

I'm a current resident. The people who work in the office are kind, extremely helpful, and always do their best. Maintenance requests usually go through quickly and I have yet to be unfairly charged for necessary repairs.
