What I loved about the student salon is that they care about the health of your hair more than getting an experience for their students. I had an appointment with Sage to get my hair bleached and toned. The test strip did NOT lift because of years of box dye on my hair, so it was recommended to not push it and compromise my hair. So instead I got a much needed trim. Everyone was very nice to me and hopefully when my hair has recovered a bit I will go back for another try at chemical services. :-)

The Medford Oregon Phagans was very good. My parents and myself been going there for a long time. We will miss the Medford Oregon Phagans. The students and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Suzette is amazing! I came in today to go a lot lighter in hair color and she took her time . Made sure I was comfortable. Got a clear understanding of what I wanted and checked in with me through out the entire process .Hands down best experience I've had even compared to professional salons !
