An excellent massage therapist! Relaxing and gentle when I just need to manage stress and skilled when targeted for injury and pain management.Maria uses oil and laundry detergent that do not bother my very sensitive skin and provides a warm towel at the end of session.Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
I recommend Maria every time I meet someone who has a physical injury. She has a real understanding of the body and has successfully helped me and friends of mine overcome injuries that impeded movement and quality of life. It's an easy sell. I show them how high I could lift my arm before (not at all) and then I lift my arm waaaay over my head :-)
Maria takes time to hear what is going on with your body and what you want to achieve as results. I was very happy that she would put together a 60 min and 30 min session together for me. A little tender in spots the next day but with some great results. Going again in 3 wks.
