Through the course of several private sessions, Lynn helped identify the issues I was having with my injured hip and started me on the path to recovery. Her knowledge of body mechanics is amazing, and she can quickly hone in on specific issues and create a treatment plan that really works. After the private sessions and seeing the physical therapist she recommended, my hip is dramatically better and I'm attending her group mat classes every week. Been taking the Mat Class for 10+ weeks. I have noticed improvement in my flexibility and toning. Lynn is very good to take a personal interest in your concerns and limitations. She always finds a way to make the movement work for you.
