I have been a homeowner for eight years and recently entered the renter’s world. From the showing process (Chris is who called me and walked me through the self showing) to the application and move in process, I am thankful Melissa at the Corvallis office has been my contact! Chris was friendly and compassionate. Melissa whom I’ve had the most interactions with and I’ve met face to face, has been incredible. She’s in a league of her own! ? she responds promptly. She’s reassuring, she’s thorough, she’s just a force to be reckoned with.

I have been at Hawthorne Place Apartments for the past 5 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company and Melissa for supporting me as a tenant. Any time there is an issue, it is worked on asap. My kids and I enjoy being here and feel extremely supported as tenants.
Melissa is the best at her job she's listens too my concerns and tackles them quickly. Sense they changed over too centurion they are the best at communicating and they also treat me with respect very happy with the new management.
