My new glasses weren't working out for some reason, and it turns out the new lenses were too large for my eyes, causing vision impairment. Everyone was so patient and helpful in helping me choose glasses with smaller lenses that were more suitable, that would work! I don't have the new glasses back yet, but the service was unparalleled. Can't thank them enough for their efforts. They will go the distance for you!

All the staff were kind and made the scheduling and paperwork process feel quick and organized. My young daughter and I both saw Dr. MacDow for our exams, and the doctor was very patient in addressing my concerns about my eyes, and she was excellent at making the exam approachable for my daughter. I liked having the option for the retinal scan as it was convenient for checking eye health. I appreciated that the place felt mellow and calm. Years ago, I saw Dr. Heintz, who was great at addressing my concerns and questions about eye care.

I always enjoy going to this place. Great prices, fast service, nice people, and they help you with anything you might need (frame adjustment, picking out new glasses, etc). I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
