With a pipe leak and water damage to our hardwood floors/crawlspace insulation, the Hillsboro/Forest Grove team was super responsive to my call and quickly got a Project Manager out to assess our needs. The mitigation team, and in particular, Nate, who responded and completed the work had outstanding communication, was friendly, prompt, and answered all my questions with daily updates on the progress. Would definitely recommend SERVEPRO of Hillsboro/Forest Grove.

I'm writing this review specifically to give a shout out to Nathaniel. This guy went above and beyond to try and take care of my 1912 home. I have not had another person care so much about a job being done right, and then following through with the job, as him. He thoroughly explained the process of drying out and mitigating an unfortunate water leak, and made sure everything was done perfectly. He went above and beyond to leave my home better than he found it. Give this man a raise! He deserves it!
