“Left a message asking if they had an availability for the next day, as it was after shop hours. My air conditioning died the night before one of the hottest days of the summer and before a holiday. The next morning they called me bright and early and said they could have someone out by 10am.

10 am on the nose, the worker arrived and got to work. Friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was back in his truck within an hour. All at a reasonable cost.
