Couldn’t be happier with BOD! They replaced 2 heat pumps on my commercial building. Their service was prompt, professional with excellent communication. Everyone throughout the company was professional and friendly including office personnel, their electrician, technicians and the owner himself. Very pleased with service. Would highly recommend!

Our original AC quit after 25 years during a recent heat wave and our furnace was acting up…BOD saved the day! In the middle of a heat wave with no AC, we really appreciated the quick turnaround from coming out for the initial diagnostics to completing the installation of the new AC and furnace!

I appreciate them taking the time to go through all the steps and answer all my questions. They recommended a total system replacement - AC and heating. A second opinion proved that was unnecessary and that my AC system could easily last a few more years and nothing wrong with heating unit. Always get a second opinion on major purchases, ideally from an individual owner and not someone in the HVAC monopoly.
