Morgan recommended moving thermostat to main living area and found that existing thermostat is compatible with new remote which homeowner ordered. Morgan was polite, informative and efficient.Chris arrived for the follow up installation call on time and assessed our wishes for improved efficiency but discovered our 24 year old thermostat would not work with the new remote thermostat. He and his service partner assessed several alternatives and we arrived at a cost effective solution. Chris indicated he would be back for completion of the job as soon as possible.
