Went to ask about appointment and the old hag was a horrible batch, it was 3:45, she says to me nope were booked out two week and we close at four, I was looking for a simple haircut and a permanent hait stylist but she thought she didn't need to do her ob or treat people with respect now I wouldn't let that touch my hair if she was the last nag on earth

Recently I moved to town and decided to try Samm's Hair Care. The first time I went in, I got a simple cut. It was exactly what I wanted, Samm was friendly and chatty. The second time I went in, I asked her for an hombre with color dye. Samm was very nice, as usual, and my hair was beautiful when she was finished. The whole process took about 5 hours and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, my happiness with my hair was short lived. My long hair began breaking off in somewhat large clumps right where the bleach began. Now I have sections of hair that are shoulder and jaw length, and a few ever thinning sections of hair that still reach my belt. I really like Samm's, and maybe what happened to me was a fluke. It still sucks. I now have to cut off over a foot of my hair due to the damage.
