This is what a company should be like! From the office people on the phone, initial service tech Gabriel, the salesman Don who walked me through everything (including filing for the rebate, permit, registration) to the two great installers, the experience of replacing my electric heat pump was a seamless experience. Wonderful, professional company. I highly recommend.

Very reliable. Assessed my system and gave me a quote. Showed up when scheduled. Returned and cleaned out all the vents. They did an awesome job. Was just a bit pricey for me. $1,000 to clean everything out. It took about six hours. My system is so much quieter and I have much less dust in the house now.

Pacific Air Comfort partnered with the Energy Trust of Oregon and I got a SCREAMING deal on a ductless heat/ac unit. 20 year warranty and SO much more efficient than my baseboard heat. The heat distributes evenly through my entire house (to my dismay). I have a three bedroom/1 bath just under 1000 sq ft and it does the trick. It cut my power bill in half from my winter bill last year. Dave Boom was my tech and I liked him a lot. Went over my paperwork quickly and answered any questions I had. They were quick, friendly and fixed the issues I had (they didn't seal up a vent under my house and some mice moved in... I called them and they paid to have an exterminator come...read full review
