Brandon, Reilly, and Jeremy installed heat pumps for us at two houses, a ductless unit in the house we have moved from and a ducted unit in the house we've moved to. They were careful and quick, and worked well with the electricians who were connecting the units to the house power. Reilly's explanation of how to operate each unit was thorough, easy for a novice to understand, and funny! And all of them polite and well-spoken. Side note, I asked three HVAC companies to give us bids for the work, and it was so complicated that I had to have a friend the business look them over for me. Brandon's combination of price, hardware, and warranty got him both jobs.
