My experience with ServPro was OUTSTANDING! I had a sewage leak in my bedroom and bathroom and ServPro was called out to do the demolition. I dealt with every member of their team and every single person (Elisia, Stephanie, Steve, Thomas, etc.) was extremely friendly, competent, on-time, professional and knowledgeable. They ALWAYS answered the phone and knew the very latest about what was happening with the job. They have outstanding communication and always were on top of everything. I had 100% confidence in them. Working at Servpro has been a great experience. I have had a great opportunity to learn many different aspects of the business and really enjoy working with the crew. Servpro of Coos, Curry and Del Norte Counties has under gone a lot of change with their employees and how the team communicates. We are making changes every day to grow and strive to meet the expectations of our customers. Working in the office has taught me about how the process that Servpro has, is handled from the begining stages until the end.
