Aweful. Missed too much in my crawlspace, under house and foundation and uses ambiguous language in some of the report which was difficult to defend at our deposition. This is the last person I would ever choose but it wasn’t my choosing as I was not in the area and I let the “realtor” take care of it which was a BIG MISTAKE. If you can’t be there for the inspection I would not even get one done. You MUST be there and literally follow them around especially if it’s this guy. If I had any ability that I COULD HAVE been here I would have! I would’ve been on his tail every second he was here. NEXT is the CCB.

Had a wonderful experience with Micheal he was very thorough and walked us through what he had done and seen during the inspection he was personable and got our report done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend
