My father hired Gary Long years ago to reroof our home. Gary subcontracted to people who did not seem to know the proper way to roof a house. First rain the roof leaked. Dad called Gary to come out a find and fix the roof, but he never sent anyone out, so Dad had to finally find and fix the leaky roof himself. The roof job was so poorly done, dad had to get it reroofed the next year and took Gary Long to small claims court. Dad got half his money back, which paid for some of the new roof, but it still cost him way more to put on 2 roofs within a couple of years than it should have if the roof had been installed correctly the first time.
