I would never utilize this business for any services. It hires psychopaths who stalk people online and threaten them with guns. The employee mental illness may be hazardous to anyone’s health and life. Be careful and stay safe. He also admitted to being a drug addict using fentanyl…….. lucky for me I was able to screen shot some of the comments before he deleted them. I seriously hope and pray nobody uses this business, this man is dangerous and obviously not okay to be around people. He publicly promotes this business on his Facebook as his current place of employment for present day. I attempted calling the business but the number was not working. ??‍♂️

Was pleased with prompt service scheduling. However, I was scheduled with a certified technician for my heat pump brand but the technician was not able to properly diagnose the problem. When billed, I was billed the full hourly labor rate for travel time. I wrote a letter with my concerns and called twice but never received a response. Very poor customer service.

NEVER USE this business. Had tech (nice guy) out to install new thermostat, same night it stops working. No big deal, came right back out same morning I called to let them know. Problem, they billed me more for the second visit to correctly install it. Additionally, the tech mentions mentions they don’t even have a certified installer for the thermostat we bought (NEST). Called to complain, took my info and never called back. How do you charge to fix your own mistake, why take the job if you’d nit certified, why don’t you call your customer back? Should have checked reviews before I hired, all bad and not even BBB Accredited. Don’t make same mistake I did.
