Setting the standard for RV service and support, all of these folks are enthusiasts of their field of work, not to mention cool, understanding and kind people. They went out of their way to help get us on the road ASAP with our beautiful 2019 Bounder 35K when it failed with toilet flushing issues, saving our 1 month sabbatical & time off from work. Yes, it may be a drive to get there, but these guys are well worth it, both in knowledge and attitude, PLUS THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK in every way.
Very nice service. Very helpful in every way. Clinton was my contact. He kept me up to date on all repairs, and was very helpful with any question I threw his way. They did a great job, and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you Rev!
I went to this service shop when my large slide got out of sync and one side stuck out a few inches. The owner was very up front that the repair was out of his expertise but did indicate he might be able to get the unit synced again.
He agreed to help me and did a marvelous job. After a few minutes he got the slide synced and tight against my motor home. I will need further repair but he helped me out when I needed it and was very accommodating. Great guy.
