Well I did this program 7 years ago while I was at Tongue Point Job Corps. It was a hard workout when you first start. I mean I'm a big guy and it was a challenge.But once you keep going for a week or so believe me it starts to get a lot easier. If you do this program do no compare yourself to others and how they work out.Know your limits and your body's limitations you only get one body. Listen to the instructors and they will help you achieve your goals. Also 1st week is always the hardest andost stressful just muscle through and even you will be amazed at what you can do.The people I met through this program helped me through a lot. They need more programs like this. A place were people can get together and have support to lose weight and get healthy food knowledge.Hope this helps others understand and join this program.

Clatskanie Floral prepared all the floral arrangements for the repatriation and burial ceremony for Tech 4 Herbert March. Through the science of DNA, he was brought home from the Philippines to Woodland after 82 years. We had at least 3 standing rose wreaths with Army insignia inside, two beautiful columns of white hydrangeas, wild white roses, and Floribunda roses, plus large arrangements with red and white roses and purple irises. Everything was stunning and they deserve 10 stars for their work. Thank you!

Rather than addressing symptoms , Dr Briggs treats root causes that affect the whole body. Bring a pencil -- he is generous to share info that will help you understand what your body is telling you and why.
He listens well and is self effacing , without the perceivable superiority complex that many MDs hide behind. But make no mistake : behind the congenial exterior is a genius with people skills.... accompanied by an equally gifted staff. Mary , your gifted "first responder" is the proverbial definition of going the extra mile. Accessible . Kind. Another good listener. Knowledgeable. A valued ally. And Julie ,wonderfully personable with superb advice when you have a problem in between office visits. Gracious . Down to earth. Educated in her husband's practices. Both she and Mary are key players in this ministry to relieve misdiagnosed and weary patients. I'm naming names and throwing bouquets because it is a rare thing to find excellence in the medical field . This is preventive , as opposed to crisis doctoring ...and it works.
