I booked a couple of bids for a new roof after a wind storm totaled my roof. Scott came out around 1..... He was the ONLY one who told me if my insurance company wasn't cooperating that the company would take over and have direct communication with my agent, that caught my attention and to know they had the confidence to do so. I was given a personal cell number for Scott, and bless his heart, he answered any question I texted.... The crew that came to do the job were great! They were polite and fast! The tear off was just a few hours and the next morning they started early and didn't leave until it was done. I had no idea there is a quality control guy who comes out to do a final inspection as well! The few people I spoke with at the main office did there best on finding out about military discounts as well- huge bonus- all in all I would highly refer and recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again!
