“I have a maintenance contract on my HVAC system for my home with Robben & Sons. They come out in spring and fall and check over the AC in spring and the furnace in the fall. Tune up, check for leaks, check heat exchanger, (this furnace is 22 years old) and generally make sure everything is working fine. The technician always arrives on time with text messages when he is on the way. They are doing an excellent job helping me extend the life of this old system, delaying the cost of putting in new one.
