Advice nurse referred me to urgent care; signed in, saw admitting nurse who ordered more tests; went immediately to lab; tests taken asap; back to urgent care dr. and together we determined most likely cause and solution. A plus and well done. Could not have asked for better care. Thank you.;
I sliced my thumb open and was in and out under 2 hours, left with 5 stitches. There weren't a lot of people ahead of me. But all the employees were quick, efficient and friendly.
I went to this location in 4/2022 and I will say I was very pleasantly surprised. It was my first time at a Kaiser facility and I had heard some horror stories. I would recommend this Urgent Care clinic to those that are eligible to get Kaiser care, I know not everyone can be seen at their facilities. We were seen within an hour, probably more like 40 minutes. We had a scan/X-ray done prior to waiting and being seen by the provider. This was great, because by the time we had our vitals taken and saw the medical assistant, the provider was already seeing the images.
