I’d been dealing with IT-Band Syndrome for the past four years, which made hiking difficult as I was experiencing major knee pain in my right knee. I tried everything. Went to a chiropractor, tried acupuncture, spent a year with a physical therapist, and even worked with a personal trainer at 24-hour-fitness, but I wasn’t finding any relief or progress, so I stopped doing those things. Gentle but very effective therapy. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time and I was impressed at how intuitive the therapist was. I felt much better after the session and even felt a little different in my body in a good relaxed way. Give this place a shot and you might be pleasantly suprised like I was:)

This was my first Groupon/Massage deal and I wasn't sure if that meant they would be trying to sell me the whole time on coming back. First off, Miriam was amazing. She was very kind and asked what I wanted to have worked on. I'm a runner and she pointed out some areas that were very tight and that it was common for runners to have tighter muscles. She did a deeper tissue massage on me and when I was in pain (only twice) I let her know and she took it easier. She was really great and communicated very well throughout the massage.
