The staff are of the kindest people in the world!I felt like I was in a 5 star resort. Even the food seemed as it was from a 5 star restaurant. I had multiple needs. Everything was well coordinated.

I went in twice. Once in May of 2019 and once in September. Both for Mental Crisis. May was an excellent 5 star experience but the hand off to outside care was very very sloppy. Got sent home without meds and in the KP system you can't "have 2 levels of care" whatever they need to avoid treating people holistically. Anyway after several struggles in getting outside care and medication went back in in Sept. 2019 during a failed med change. Again, really caring people but the second time around I was assigned to a med student for a Psych and a therapist that wanted to work with me without knowing my story. Let's just say it did not go well. Hand off to the outside...read full review
