I have used Service Now to service my furnace for the last few years and was very happy with their service. They are professional and timely. Recently, I worked with them to install a central air conditioning for our house and relocate existing electrical connections. They were very transparent with costs and activities. Again they were professional, timely, and reliable. I look forward to continuing to call on them for our heating and cooling needs for our home.
With our recent heat wave of triple digit temps, our 7-year old AC stopped working! The temp's in the house got up to the low 90's, which was not only uncomfortable but worrisome since my 95-year old mother lives with us. After calling multiple AC companies, including emergency requests, I was told by each one that the soonest they could come out was 1-2 weeks!!!! I called Service Now, Inc. and they came out the next day!!!!! I was impressed with their responsiveness and the tech, Matt, phoned as he was on his way. Great experience with Service Now! Super fast response to my request for a quote, and when I called to schedule, they were able to come out within hours. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and really knew his stuff. He explained the major issues we had going on and what he would do to resolve them. Then he fixed everything in a very reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price. He also gave some pointers for ongoing maintenance and things to pay attention to. Very impressed overall. I'll be using them again in the future, for sure!
