“I'm sure that Kaiser doesn't need any kind of validation from me but since Yelp prompted me to review them, I'll drop a few words. When I tell people I'm on Kaiser, it's either love or hate. I've heard all kinds of horror stories and, conversely, an equal number of successes. For the most part, my experiences fall heavily in the latter category. My recent experience at the Mt. Talbert clinic was a pleasant one. I had a 7AM appointment for a scan. I came early and was rewarded by a security guard unlocking the doors at 6:45 (the clinic doesn't officially begin business until 7). Although there were no reception people there, he directed me to the self-checki in kiosk - which worked perfectly. It took my information and directed me to the correct clinic, complete with directions. At a couple of minutes to 7, a tech came out and invited me into a room where she did the scan with some pleasant conversation and a high degree of professionalism. In and out, back on the road by 20 after 7. Easy-peasey“

“Wow! Would give more than five stars if I could. This was my first time going to a dermatologist and I wasn't sure what to expect, especially during Covid. Upon arriving, they were taking safety precautions very seriously and it was super clean. I watched someone come disinfect after every interaction. On top of that the nurse who walked me to the room was so kind and personable. She was very welcoming and overall very helpful. I saw Dr. Pena and he was an absolute delight. Very kind and knowledgeable and in the same breath very reassuring. He took a couple of biopsies off me and the procedure was completely painless and super quick. The after care summary was jam packed with information pertaining my procedure and also general skin care. Cannot say enough positive things about this doctor, care team, and clinic.“
