“DJ was the absolute best worker- it was genuinely worst case scenario- (locked my keys in trunk, no quick release for the back seats in the main hatch, and my pull lever by the drivers wasn’t working). Luckily they’d been closed in the gap of my trunk door, so after trying multiple times to find other options- DJ was able to use an air pump to lift a section of the trunk cover and used multiple other tools to hook my keys and pull them out all with the trunk still being sealed. My house keys were in there, we were blocking cars- we would’ve had to tow our car otherwise, and he was an absolute champ. Genuinely some of the best service I’ve ever gotten- and I’m so beyond thankful he was resourceful and figured out a way to get our keys out. Literally the best employee!“
