Now I know why people say to just drive to the Beaverton location....this one is a joke. Over 5 hours waiting in urgent care and yet to be seen. If you are in need of care do not come here unless you want to wait ALL day and not even be seen.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD. Terrible parking situation, employees are parking in the wrong spot NOT MEANT FOR THEM WHICH IS INCONVENIENCING PATIENTS! I had to wait 20 minutes just to even get a spot! It doesn't end there though, the ladies at reception act irritated to help you and one of them even gave a patient attitude. I was so disgusted by how a receptionist was berating a patient over policy and being condescending by shoving a form in their face THEN ONTOP OF IT had the audacity to tell the mom they can't speak for the patient because "they're over 18" which really upset them and caused an argument because the patient was IN PAIN. SHOW SOME COMPASSION, EVEN IF IT'S POLICY. NEVER INTERRUPT A PATIENT. I personally was SO disgusted by this behavior I just stepped out of line and refused to be seen at THIS urgent care. If you value yourself or your loved ones do not go to this urgent care, take them elsewhere. THEY ALSO DON'T TELL YOU THE WAIT TIME UNTIL NEAR THE END OF YOUR CHECK IN OR IF YOU CHECK THE WHITE BOARD. PSA: THE PHARMACY DOESN'T OPEN AT 7 LIKE THE GOOGLE SAYS, IT OPENS AT 8. FIX YOUR WEBSITE. URGENT CARE ALSO DOES NOT OPEN AT 9 ANYMORE. IT'S AT 10AM. JUST A HEADS UP.

Went in for some lab work and the woman working the lab check in desk was the most unprofessional person I've encountered in healthcare. Rude. Dismissive. Confrontational. She had no interest at all in helping me, or doing her job. I was polite. She was hostile. Called me stupid, because she couldn't be bothered to look for the lab order that was sent in by my doctor. I left and drove an hour out of my way to get my test done somewhere else. I've had plenty of good experiences with this location before, but if you need assistance from the lab admin with gray hair, glasses and crutches, know that she will go out of her way to treat you like garbage.
