“Highly recommended! Glen was outstanding! We noticed our A/C unit went out around 7:00 AM on a Sunday (during a heat wave in early July 2024). After calling around several places to no luck, Glen returned my call within 20 minutes while working on another job, and was able to come out and repair our A/C unit in the early afternoon. The repairs took less than 30 minutes (Glen replaced the accumulator and did a great job washing the A/C unit out). I'm writing this review with the house already cooling off. “I have a maintenance contract on my HVAC system for my home with Robben & Sons. They come out in spring and fall and check over the AC in spring and the furnace in the fall. Tune up, check for leaks, check heat exchanger, (this furnace is 22 years old) and generally make sure everything is working fine. The technician always arrives on time with text messages when he is on the way. They are doing an excellent job helping me extend the life of this old system, delaying the cost of putting in new one. Money well spent. A+ for their servce.“
