Just wanted to say that Mason did an amazing job for me. Tenant called and said the AC wasn’t working. So I called Comfort Solutions and they sent out Mason to investigate the problem. Once he arrived and diagnosed the unit he called me and gave me a complete rundown of the problem. He was very detailed and explained everything in English terms to me so I would understand how the system work's and what the problem was. I was very impressed and pleased that he took the time to do this. He gave me options and prices which I thought were very reasonable. I gave him the go ahead to repair the unit. we were in need of updating our 20+ year old home and chose comfort solutions to replace both AC units and the furnace. This company gave us a competitive quote and were very professional and knowledgeable with the tear out and installation. They sent a four-man crew and kept our home clean with foot coverings and drop cloths on the stairways and flooring. The men were kind and considerate, friendly, and worked efficiently to get the work done quickly. We recommend them highly and would choose comfort solutions again.
