They helped me with an L5S1 herniated disc. One side of my glutes had knotted solid and the massuese was very helpful using her elbow to massage deep into the spot that was so hard to get to. Dr Dougal's gentle adjustments definitely helped reduce the pain and increase mobility and he was careful and knowledgeable. I'm back to work now (With no surgery or injections) and almost pain free on most days. Money well spent, highly recommended.
