Dr Lo has been so helpful to me. I'm 24 and struggle with a lot of health issues that are out of my control. She is always a good listener and does her absolute best to get down to whatever can help me. Dr Lo always makes me feel comfortable and is empathetic with me. One of the best Primary doctors I have ever had, and I've had dozens. She is also great at responding to emails through mychart account.
