The Doctors are amazing. The staff Is Awesome with the exception of a older lady in the optical department very rude/ communication skills are horrible with fellow staff. My family is triple VSP covered. She is very rude and I over heard her make rude comments. The front office only checked the one insurance instead of all 3 and had me call to do get them the information they needed. I worked in Eye Care a few years ago and This definitely isn’t how u treat patients. Other then that great selection of frames and amazing Doctors. the Blonde Younger Gal in optical was amazing and very helpful.
Took my 93 YO grandmother there for pain behind her eye. Dr was able to examine, diagnose, and thoroughly explain what was going on and treatment options. Highly recommend!
