We just had a new heating and air conditioning system installed by Long's Heating and Air Conditioning. Halfway through the process, we saw that we needed the upgraded system. They were accommodating enough that they removed what they installed to that point and installed the upgraded system. They were very gracious in doing this even though it meant extra installation time. Shane and Job, the installers, did an outstanding job. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Also very professional, even though they had to work on their normal day off. I would highly recommend Long's for any heating/AC needs.
Had a new ac and heater replaced with Longs recently.. so glad we choose Long's as they were fast, reliable and knew what they were doing.. they even picked up after like trash and screws that fell on the driveway! Took time to explain everything like warranty's and even calling in for the city inspection! Which all passed with flying colors. I love the way our new ac was installed. No more hanging wires on the ground it's all up and covered! Our new unit is quiet, energy sufficient and looks great! Thanks to Josh, Chris and Jobb.
I was very impressed with Chris, Gavin, and Nick. They all performed flawlessly in replacing our ducting as a result of rats damaging our old plastic ducting. We replaced with metal ducts even though it cost more. The fellows were always on time, completed the work as scheduled, and treated my wife and I with the utmost professionalism. I have no qualms recommending Long's for price and quality.
