“We went with Stone H&A to have our AC installed because we purchased a house with a furnace that was already installed by them. We had excellent service with Jason the sales consultant, excellent service with the installers, and excellent service from the girls in the office. The only reason I have them 4 stars is because one technician that came to our house had horrible beside manner. He wasn't directly rude, and normally I would brush it off to maybe he's having a bad day, but he came to our house twice, so I realized it's just him. Just kinda had a rotten attitude towards us and made assumptions without having all the information. He probably should be doing something else that doesn't involve interaction with a customer. Other than that we are happy with the service we received.“
