Brought 2011 Komfort trailer in to have awning motor and arms repaired/replaced. Also to check and make sure pop out motor worked and then agreed to have an overall check of everything to make sure everything worked. Pop-out doesn't work; had to manually extend it; half the lights inside didn't work**; outside light doesn't work; was billed for "rodents chewed wires under trailer, had to replace and tape up." When we picked trailer up and asked them to check to make sure brakes worked, they found that "rodents had chewed wires under trailer" and had to be repaired before we could take the trailer home. Brothers RV is outstanding for RV repairs. Their meticulous attention to detail is impressive. I brought in our 2024 Grand Design 310GK for a recall on the u-bolts. Their expert team discovered a bigger issue: the axles were too narrow, creating a dangerous clearance problem. Instead of compromising safety, they worked with Grand Design to replace both axles. Highly recommended for their dedication to safety and quality.

I was in town for a few days and sprung another fresh water leak. These guys came out same day and found the problem and fixed it. I'm writing this review to remind myself who to call next time I'm in town.
