Our dealings with Blue Star were great. Melanie (?) answered all of our questions initially before we scheduled the installation of a new tank (changed from another propane vendor). Paul, the technician who did the install was really nice and professional and was great explaining things to us.Very happy so far!
Working with Blue Star is like working with the best of family. Their customer service folks are friendly and helpful. Their billing area is exceptional, and is willing to go over your bill and your account, and are informative. Our delivery lady is so friendly, helpful and respectful of us and our place.
