Victor is the kindest, most amazing tattoo artist I have ever known. He's an incredible guy that will make you feel comfortable throughout your entire tattoo. from a female's perspective it's really nice to be able to go to a tattoo artist where I feel completely comfortable, secure, and protected when getting tattoos in vulnerable places.Victor has done all of my artwork and I couldn't be more happy with all of them. My husband and I will continue to go back to him time and time again to add on to the artwork that he has created for us.
