I will absolutely be recommending Ricardo to people I know. I didn't make things easy for him yet he still succeeded. A fixer upper but not too bad, a large yard, good location, good parking, and a good price. He was patient with me through the long home buying process and looked everywhere with me. On top of this he was able to negotiate a good amount of seller credits after the inspection period. I didn't know anything about real estate and with Ricardo's help I was able to get through it all.
