Our technician, Caleb, did a great job. He was conscientious and professional. I give Caleb 5 stars! The only reason I gave an overall of 4 stars is the steep price. To be fair, the cost is comparable to other companies.
Eric and his assistant were two of the most professional,hardworking,honest, and delightful young men my mother (Sandy) and I have ever had the privlege to meet. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a safe and thorough cleaning and removal. They worked morning to night. I would recommend them with out hesatation and will!!. Eric did a most thorough job of bat exclusion at our rural home. He checked every possible crook and cranny and observed at dusk and at dawn to see where bats could be entering or leaving.I learned a lot about bat habits and behavior from him. The year long service agreement gives me assurance I can call in the spring/summer if bats return to our roof.
